Product information
Background:Perforin is a specific marker of activated cytotoxic T cells and natural killer cells. It can destroy the corresponding target cell membrane and induce apoptosis. It is mainly expressed in CD3 negative and CD56 positive NK cells, CD3 positive large granular lymphocytes and γδ Type T cells. It is mainly used for the auxiliary diagnosis of NK cell lymphoma and NK cell like T-cell lymphoma.
